This notice explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website or buy from us, why we use it, and your rights. Last updated: October 2026.

Who we are

What we collect

When you buy: your name, email address and billing details, the products you bought, the amount paid, and your confirmation that you wanted immediate access to the download. Stripe, our payment provider, collects your card details. We never see or store them.
When you download: how many times each file has been downloaded with your link.
If you ask for emails about new packs: your name, email address, and when and how you agreed.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you tell us.
When you visit: our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to keep the site secure.

Why we use it

To take payment, send your download links and help with any problem with your order. This is needed to carry out our contract with you.
To keep business and tax records, which the law requires.
To keep the website secure and prevent fraud. This is in our legitimate interests.
To measure which adverts bring visitors here, only if you accept the advertising cookie. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

We email you about your order. We only send emails about new packs if you ticked the box asking for them at checkout. This is based on your consent: every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to stop them at any time. We keep a record of when you opted in and, if you unsubscribe, a record of your email address so we never email you again.

Who we share it with

Stripe, which processes payments. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
Our web hosting and email provider, which stores this website, our order records and our emails.
Our email newsletter provider, if you asked for emails about new packs, to send those emails for us.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), only if you accept the advertising cookie.

Some of these companies may handle information outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years after the end of the financial year of the order, because tax law requires it. Download links stop working after 30 days. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to help you, and no longer than two years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you have given. Email hello@ukearlylearning.com. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies for visitors. It remembers whether you accepted or rejected cookies in your browser’s local storage, so we don’t ask you on every visit.

Advertising cookie (Meta pixel): only runs if you click Accept. It tells us which adverts led to a visit or a purchase. Meta’s cookies, such as _fbp, can last up to three months.
Stripe: when you go to pay, Stripe’s payment page uses its own cookies to process the payment safely and prevent fraud.
